Is Club right for your player?

Club is geared toward athletes that range from those desiring to play through high school to the fully committed, competitive athlete that has aspirations of competing in college. The number of tournaments and locations will vary according to team level. Top teams will travel to two out of town tournaments while others teams may only travel to one out of town tournament in additional to their tournaments in the greater DFW area. Club level teams will participate in a total of approximately 7-10 tournaments during the regular season from December to May. Dependent on the level of team, tournament schedules will consist of 1, 2, and 3 day tournaments. The practice schedule consists of two practices a week (either both taking place during the week or one on Sunday and one during the week). All practices/additional training are held at the Dallas Sportsplex.

What if your athlete does not receive a Club offer before or at Tryouts?

If you do not receive a Club offer at Tryouts, it is still possible to receive an offer for a Select, Elite, or Academy team.

How to Prepare for Tryouts

• If you are new to the club, follow the DIG VBC social media to stay informed on upcoming events (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Get to know our exceptional coaching team by attending Meet the Coaches clinics and camps

• Ask coaches for feedback on areas for improvement

• Determine which team is the best fit for your athlete by getting to know the coaches, understanding the team commitment, cost and schedule
