For the 2022-2023 club season, DIG VBC will be organized into 3 Divisions: Club, Select & Academy.

 

Club

Teams in the Club Division will be named DIG Black, DIG Blue, and DIG White. DIG Black will be consider our strongest team with talented athletes who are fully committed to the sport with volleyball being their primary interest. DIG Blue will be our 2nd team with similar type athletes and commitment levels. DIG White will be our 3rd team with slightly different season goals than Black and Blue. Teams that play in Club will practice and train 4.5 to 5 hours per week during the club season. They will travel outside of the DFW area and will have similar uniform packages. The season runs from early November to late April or early May. Black and Blue teams should plan to attend Nationals or AAU Nationals in June.

The training and competition programs for each team will be broken down into 2 separate Club Plans. More info coming soon.

 

Select

The Select Division will be our next division of volleyball. It will consist of teams ranging from 11s-14s. Teams in the Select Division will have 3 hours of team training per week, play in NTR tournaments in the DFW area and have a similar uniform package as the club teams. The season runs from early November to early March. In the event that a team does acquire a Regional BID, their season will extend through the first week of May.

Academy

Our 3rd Division is the Academy Division. Academy is designed for 10s-12s. It will continue to include unlimited skills training. Teams will practice 1.5 hours per week in addition to the unlimited skills training.   Teams will play in The Sportsplex Winter Volleyball League, participate in 2 showcase/tournaments at Sportsplex and compete in 2 NTR Tournaments. Academy teams will have a similar package as the Select teams. Like the Select Division, the season will run from early November to early March.
