Skills Sessions Sign-Up Info

• Step 1: Log in to your EZ Facility account or create a parental account.

• Step 2: Select your profile (your name in the top left hand corner)

• Step 3: Select "Relationships," "Add," and "Child" then select "Next."

  • If your player already has an EZ Facility account from a previous Sportsplex registration, you can search for them and select their existing information. If they are new to the EZ Facility system, you will need to select "ADD." You will then fill out their info and select "Next" to complete. You will likely have to approve this addition via a link sent to your email.​

• Step 4. Email Katie Clouston - kclouston@dallassportsplex.com or Lindsey Owen - lowen@dallassportsplex.com once the above steps have been completed so they can make your player a "DIG member."

• Step 4. Click on "Book sessions" to see all skills sessions provided.

• Step 5. Select desired session and then under "Book for" select the individual you are registering.

• Step 6. Select "Buy package," "Buy," and then "Complete Checkout" (this is a free event; you will not be charged).

All Academy players are required to attend one skills session per week. If your player would like to attend more than one session per week, we ask that you wait until 24 hrs. before the next desired session before registering. A player must be registered for skills to attend.

In the event that you need to cancel your player's session, you may do so up to 10 hrs. before the session's start time. Any cancellation after the cut off time must be communicated to Katie, kclouston@dallassportsplex.com, or Lindsey, lowen@dallassportsplex.com, via email and is accompanied by a $25 fine.
