About Coach Lauren
Coach Lauren Loerch is in her 9th year of coaching volleyball and 5th year of coaching strength and conditioning. Her passion is positively impacting and inspiring young athletes through volleyball skill development and performance enhancement training.
In high school she played for Austin Performance Volleyball club and earned a full athletic scholarship to play D1 volleyball at University of California-Berkeley and New Mexico State. There, she and her team earned National Champion Runner-Up honors, as well as three Conference Championships (PAC-10, WAC, WAC). She also earned All Conference honors, was on the All-State team in high school as well as the #23 most recruited player in the nation.
While living in Austin, Texas she created The High Flyer Academy and personally lead hundreds of young athletes through private and group volleyball lessons, personal training, and multiple camps. Starting in August 2019, she will be a PreK-4th grade P.E Coach and athletics coach for St. John’s Episcopal School in Dallas, Texas.
Coach Loerch is extremely passionate about helping young athletes discover their potential, stay rooted in their God-given identity, and inspiring them to face their fears and chase their goals.
